Shipping policy.

Thank you for visiting and shopping Michal Rotman-Laor’s art web shop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and returns policy.

Shipment processing

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone provided by you when placing an order.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates

Our web store ships worldwide using various delivery services (USPS, DHL, UPS, Globex and other certified shipping services). 
Shipping and handling charges will be calculated upon checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Duties and taxes

Michal Rotman-Laor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs etc.).


If you receive your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting please save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box & painting to launch their investigation. All our shipments are fully insured.
